Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can pay in instalments: write to us and we will explain the available options.

Is the exam voucher really included?

Yes. The exam voucher is included in the course price and we book the exam for you, according to the procedures of the certification body. You do not have to buy anything else to sit the exam.

Is the course one-to-one or in a group?

Our goal is for you to arrive at the exam truly prepared. For this reason our courses are exclusively one-to-one: your tutor follows only you, giving you all the attention you need and adapting the course to your needs, your pace and your level.

Can I choose the days and times of the lessons?

Yes. Since the course is one-to-one, you do not have to adapt to the timetable of a class. Days and times are agreed directly with your tutor, in UK time, so you can organise the lessons around your work, your studies and your other commitments.

Do I need previous knowledge?

Not necessarily. Before starting we assess your level together: the course can start from the basics or focus on the topics you need most.

Are there exam simulations?

Yes. The course includes an exam simulation lab to check your level, get used to the type of questions, find the topics you still need to consolidate and understand how ready you are for the real exam. The lab stays available until exam day.

Does the course include practical exercises?

Yes. The course includes exercises, checks, practical activities and simulations. For example, when studying password security you can use tools such as Hashcat or John the Ripper on Kali Linux, while for network security you can work with Wireshark to analyse traffic and with Nmap to find hosts, ports and exposed services.

Does the course issue the certification?

The certification is issued by CompTIA, after you pass the exam. At the end of our course you also receive a certificate of attendance from Crescere Digitali for the training completed.

Am I supported until the exam?

Yes. After the lessons you keep the support of your tutor until exam day, so you can clear any doubts during your final review. If you want to go deeper into some topics, you can add more hours of lessons.

How are the lessons held?

Lessons are live on Google Meet, with screen sharing, a digital whiteboard and dedicated materials. They are never pre-recorded: you can ask questions at any time.

What if I miss a lesson?

Days and times can be changed with notice, according to the tutor’s availability, and missed lessons can be rescheduled within the limits set out in our terms and conditions.
